MVI started business in 1996 as a small machine shop with a well rounded focus. Since inception, MVI has experienced substantial growth expanding the facility twice to accommodate. This growth has been achieved by providing exceptional service and value to customers and reinvesting in new technology and the best equipment available in the industry. Our climate-controlled 90,000 square foot facility houses 82,000 of manufacturing space with a 20-ton overhead lift capacity.
MVI quickly established the supply-chain relationships required with raw material and third party value providers to enable turn-key supply of complex components to meet customers’ designed product needs. We utilize the right combination of Innovation, Dedication, Technology, Quality Control, and Industry Experience to service and deliver the highest quality products on time, on budget, and without surprises. Our ambition is to be the most sophisticated, quality conscious provider of heavy metal machining and fabrication services available in the industry.
While we still provide precision machining services for small to medium sized parts, equipment with larger capabilities has become our trademark. Few shops in the upper mid-west are as well rounded or as capable as MVI.
Internal LEAN manufacturing, customer defined prototyping, precision light-to-heavy machining, light-to-heavy metal fabrication, precision cylindrical grinding, high speed dynamic balancing, painting, powder coating, and customized inventory management programs like Dock-to-Stock & Kan-Ban. We pride ourselves in having a flexible manufacturing environment promoting efficient accommodation of customers’ requests.
Our Employees and Associates are the most valued partners of MVI. We value our people and our people value our Customers. Our reputation as a successful and integral component of customers’ strategic partnerships reflects our commitment to quality care of all business partners both internal and external.
