Our manufacturing includes coiling up to 1.625” Diameter and CNC machining capabilities that allows us to comfortably handle lot sizes from 1 to 100,000. Through its vast experience in the spring industry Engineered Spring has developed unique to coil, bend, machine and e-beam weld high nickel alloys of varying wall thicknesses. Products made from this technology allow high-pressure gas to be applied in down hole applications. We have developed further expertise in encapsulated coil winding to aid in fluid flow and electronic down-hole communication.
