John M. Kocol is the inventor of Portable Kocol Coal to Oil & CO2 to Methanol Plants (TM) which is in the design and development stage. John’s chemical engineering team will manufacture portable coal to oil plants that will produce between 100 to 500 barrels of oil per day from coal, and will convert the carbon dioxide into methanol.
