GA Holdings is privately-owned to a group of family offices operating as a business owner as well as a partner/investor in some high growth companies regionally and locally. It owns outright or shares ownership in energy and mining companies (coal and minerals operating mines) across the Asia region, especially SE Asia and Indonesia.

Its role is operator, marketer, and supplier of development capital and expertise. At APAC level, FGA Holdings jointly runs operations and partners with regional and local business groups and share offices with its senior executive serving on the board of management/directors.

At this stage, the group limits operations to mostly Indonesia plus Thailand and Vietnam but it will consider expanding across the SE Asia region in particular and Asia in general. The group actively seeks to expand its asset portfolios, especially by investing in operating mines (coal and minerals) and power generation (coal and renewables).
