GRE Mining (Pty) Ltd. was established in 15 April 2011 by Garth and Elton Marshall and the Patent Holder Joziscape (PTY) Ltd.

The Company has embarked on a process of transformation and has recently restructured to include two additional shareholders viz
1) Bakweneng Holdings (Pty) Ltd: The BEE entity
2) Raymond Botha

The Company’s business is providing the Engineering, Mining Industries with component and steel manufactured products.
GRE Mining (Pty) has the sole right to market GRE Industries’ products, focusing on producing wide range of mine underground support products.

New product development and consultative work may also be provided by the company.
