The EDS Multishaft Mill has applications in a wide variety of industry sectors. Sectors include mining, waste management, steel manufacture, construction, environmental rehabilitation, agriculture and general milling.The mill utilizes 4 processes in 1 to provide an output product which will match various specifications. These processes are crushing, milling, densifying and blending.
The EDS Mill does this in a highly efficient manner, and consequently offers massive cost savings including energy costs, capital costs, maintenance costs, maintenance downtime, as well as space saving due to its compact footprint. Due to the fact that the mill consumes significantly lower amounts of power, it is possible to operate it off diesel driven generators and this giving the added benefits of remote operations and mobility. EDS’s target market includes but is not limited to various ores (gold, platinum, chrome, copper, etc), slags, silica, coal, coal waste, biomass, clinker, limestone, graphite, animal feeds, various mineral and ore waste materials, to name but a selection.
