Our facilities house 5 metallic silicon processing lines that have been specially developed for our operation. We currently output up to 50,000 tons of metallic silicon each year in the following granularities: 0-10mm, 1-3mm, 2-5mm, 3-8mm, 100 mesh, 200 mesh, 325 mesh.
Our silicon powders include 553 #, 441, 421, 3303 and others for polysilicon and trichlorosilane. These are produced in granularities of 20-100 mesh, 30-120 mesh, 40-160 mesh, 100-200 mesh, 45-325 mesh, 50-500 mesh, and more.
Product development and testing is the greatest strength of our company. We employ ICP, carbon/sulfur analyzers, laser particle size detectors and other precision testers to guarantee a consistently high level of quality for our customers around the world. Each batch of products undergoes sampling tests prior to shipment.
